Visa Application Form. For online orders, please download, print and sign Russia visa application, prepared by our system under your account. Application forms cannot be double sided, please print on one side.

Original Passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

Passport-type Photograph. Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a charge associated with this service.

Proof of Status. A copy of immigration status in New Zealand such as a resident card, work, or study permit.

Letter of Invitation. Letter of Invitation or valid voucher and official confirmation letter issued by a registered Russian tour agency or hotel is required. The Russian consulate will only accept vouchers issued by no more than two Russian tour operators.

Medical insurance. Medical insurance certificate valid for all period of stay in Russia is mandatory.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT/S FOR MINORS TRAVELLING TO RUSSIA
Any minor traveling to Russia must have a copy of their Birth Certificate and a letter of consent signed by both of the child's parents or legal guardians and a copy of both parents/legal guardians passport. If the minor is traveling with a parent or guardian who is not applying for a visa at the same time a copy of the parent or guardian's Russian visa or certificate of Russian citizenship must be submitted along with the minor's application.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT/S FOR TOURISTS ON CRUISE SHIPS
NOTE: All cruise passengers visiting Russia may enter and stay there without visa up to 72 hours. Please inquire with your cruise company.

• The list of all passengers must be submitted to the local authorities 72 hours prior to arriving to the port of destination.
• Every passenger must have valid identity documents.
• They must be included in the above mentioned list.
• They must travel only with the group according to the pre-arranged program of the shipping company.
