and provide digital copies of the following documents:

Scanned copy of New Zealand passport. A clear scan of the information page of your valid, signed passport.

Passport-type photograph: A digital passport-type photograph taken within the last 6 months. This may be taken using a cell phone against a white wall provided if it meets the standards of a passport-type photograph.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of hotel reservations (Applicant's name must be on Hotel Reservation).

Personal Invitation. If visiting friends or family, you must provide letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, purpose and duration of the visit, confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature and date.
In case applicant is minor:
• Birth certificate;
• Passport copy (Bio data page) of Guardian/Parent;
• Form of consent.
• Document proof of Legal Guardianship (if not natural parent).
