Original Passport. Original, signed passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity and two blank visa pages.

Proof of status. A notarized copy of immigration status in the country of residence such as a resident card, work, or study permit.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.

Yellow Fever Vaccination. Copy of International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.

Letter of Invitation. A copy of the Letter of Invitation from a person or organisation in Ghana stating the purpose of visit.
