Greece visa application form. Completed application form for Greece will be prepared within 5 business hours of order submission, and emailed to you to download, print and sign.

Valid passport or travel document with at least 3 months of remaining validity beyond the last day of your stay in the Schengen area and have at least 2 visa pages clear of any markings

Passport Photo: 1 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Previous passport. Original previous passport if applicable.

Proof of status. Original evidence of your legal status in Australia (Original work, student, or resident type visa). Electronic visa holders should submit their Australian entry record or a residency confirmation issued by DIAC.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.

Travel and medical insurance. Travel Medical Insurance (Minimum up to €30,000 coverage while in the Schengen area).

Bank Statement. Bank statements for the previous 3 months including the name, address and enough balance to cover the trip expenses.

Bank Statement. Copies of bank statements in the traveler’s name showing transactions from the last six months, duly signed and stamped by the bank.

Employment Letter. Copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. For students, please submit an official letter from your school indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.

Letter of invitation. Hotel reservations/Original letter of invitation plus a copy of the host's passport.

Evidence or financial resources. Your three (3) most recent original payslips.

Rental/Property agreement. Rental/Property agreement including your name.
Visa applications should be submitted for a maximum of 6 months, and no later than 15 days, before the trip.
Please note:
• All documents to be submitted in English, officially translated by N.A.A.T.I. accredited translators.
• Marriage and children’s original birth certificates issued by the State or Province Registrar, if you travel as a family (more documentation, i.e. written, duly notarized and officially authenticated consent to be requested if the minor is traveling with one/none parent accompanying him/her).
Please note, you must pay A$130.4 consular fee for the visa personally at the Embassy of Greece.
