Mauritius visa application form. For online orders, please download, print and sign Mauritius visa application, prepared by our system under your account.

Passport. Passport must be valid for six months beyond exit date and have two blank pages.

Passport type photo. Two passport type photographs.

Proof of status. Copy of valid Australian Resident Return visa or other proof of resident status (such as valid Work or Student visa, Authority to Return, Return Endorsement, or Certificate of Evidence of Residence Status). Electronic visa holders should submit a copy of Australian entry record or residency confirmation issued by DIAC.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.

Bank Statement. Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds (at least $100 per day).

Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.

Personal Invitation. If visiting friends or family, you must provide a letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, purpose and duration of the visit, including an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant, confirmation of accommodation including the address, and dated and signed by the host. You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in Mauritius ie. copy of their Mauritius national I.D card or passport's information page, or, if they are not a citizen of Mauritius, copies of their Mauritius residence permit and their national passport's information pages.
